To help people plan for the future, we offer an optional 401K program. After team members complete a year of service, we provide a straight, dollar-for-dollar match for donations, up to 5% of team members’ annual salary. Team members are fully vested for all contributions made to their 401K.

Garden Spot Communities offers health, dental and vision insurance overage for all full time team members. Team members can make choices about what is the best coverage for their situation and can choose to purchase insurance coverage for their dependents as well.
